On July 31, 2008, DelSite announced the sale of the Carrington® wound care division to Medline Industries. As a result of the sale agreement, DelSite will no longer manufacture, sell or distribute any Carrington® wound care or skin care products. All sales of these products will be coordinated through Medline by calling 1-800-MEDLINE.

DelSite will continue to manufacture and market Manapol® and other raw materials, as well as veterinary, nutritional drinks and consumer products, which include the SaliCept® and AloeCeuticals™ product lines. If you have additional questions regarding these products,
