You may return new & unopened bottles fulfilled by CarringtonLabs.com, with the seal intact and within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping & handling costs.  Original invoice must be returned as well.

Items that are Not Returnable

SEROVERA® does not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened product
  • Product with broken seals
  • Product damaged by customer
  • Product purchased from sellers other than CarringtonLabs.com
  • Product not returned in the condition it was received
  • Product sold 90 days passed purchase date
