3) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4) ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the administration of the Promotion, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible.
5) PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 1:15 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
6) HOW TO ENTER
To enter, during the Promotion Period:
1. Scan the QR code available at the Carrington Labs booth (Booth 244) at Fintech Meetup (Las Vegas, Nevada) OR visit the direct entry URL: https://www.carringtonlabs.com/uplift (the “Entry Page”);
2. Complete the Match for Uplift game flow; and3. Submit the entry form with the requested information (first name, last name, email, company, job title, and any other information required).
Completion of the Match for Uplift game is required to submit an entry. However, performance in the game or the answers provided do not affect the odds of winning, which are determined solely by random drawing.
Entry limit: Each completed submission counts as one (1) entry. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void entries and may result in disqualification.
Automated entries (including entries submitted through scripts, bots, macro programs, or other automated means) are prohibited and will be disqualified.
7) PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
Two (2) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize: one (1) LEGO® Icons #10323 PAC-MAN Arcade set.ARV of each prize: US $269.99.
Total ARV of all prizes: US $539.98.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

8) WINNER SELECTION; DRAWINGS; ODDS; CLAIMING AT THE BOOTH
Winners will be selected in two (2) separate random drawings conducted at the Carrington Labs booth (Booth 244) during Fintech Meetup:
Drawing #1: Monday, March 30, 2026 at approximately 1:30 p.m. PT.
Eligible entries for Drawing #1: all eligible entries received from 8:00 a.m. PT through 1:15 p.m. PT on March 30, 2026.
Drawing #2: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at approximately 1:30 p.m. PT.
Eligible entries for Drawing #2: all eligible entries received after Drawing #1 through 1:15 p.m. PT on March 31, 2026, plus all non-winning eligible entries received before Drawing #1.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Claiming at the booth: Sponsor will announce each potential winner at the booth at the time of the drawing. A potential winner may claim the prize in person at Booth 244 within thirty (30) minutes of the announcement (or by another time stated at the booth on the day), subject to verification.
9) WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry (e.g., email and/or phone) and may also be announced at Booth 244.
Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete and return, within the time period specified by Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted by law, a publicity release, and/or other documentation reasonably required to confirm eligibility and facilitate prize delivery.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, fails to provide required documentation, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable drawing.
10) PRIZE FULFILMENT
If feasible, prizes may be handed to verified winners on-site at Booth 244. Otherwise, prizes will be shipped to winners at a U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or for any costs or expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
11) TAXES
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the prize. Sponsor will comply with any applicable tax reporting obligations.
12) OPTIONAL MARKETING OPT-IN; PRIVACY
Entry is not conditioned on opting in to marketing. Any marketing opt-in offered in the entry flow is optional and does not increase odds of winning.
Sponsor will use personal information collected in connection with this Promotion to administer the Promotion (including contacting winners and prize fulfilment). If an entrant opts in, Sponsor may also send marketing and promotional communications. Sponsor’s privacy practices are described in its privacy policy available at: https://www.beforepay.com.au/privacy.
13) PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state of residence, company name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
14) RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, except where prohibited.
Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind (including hardware, software, network connections, or transmission issues); (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) printing, typographical, or other errors; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Promotion.
15) GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.
16) GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
